Bless Home is spread across 5.5 acres and offers thoughtfully designed 1 and 2 BHK residences under a live-and-license model. Under this model, residents pay a security deposit (80% refundable) along with a ₹5 lakh per person medical emergency fund.

Pricing Details:

1 BHK: ₹80 lakh security deposit and ₹90,000 monthly maintenance
2 BHK: ₹1.3 crore security deposit and ₹1,15,000 monthly maintenance

The monthly maintenance includes meals, laundry, and electricity (up to 100 units for 1 BHK and 150 units for 2 BHK).
Residents are served fresh South Indian cuisine, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, six times a day.
The project is developed in phases across the 5.5-acre campus. Phases 1, 2, and 3, comprising 157 units, are almost sold out. Phase 4 is currently open, offering 71 units of 1 BHK residences.

Care is available round the clock, with a 24/7 nursing station supported by trained staff. Doctors visit regularly, and assistance is provided for daily activities such as mobility, bathing, and meals. For emergencies or specialized treatment, the team coordinates with Rajagiri Hospital and helps with appointments and transport when needed.

Meals are prepared keeping senior nutrition in mind, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options served through the day. Fresh produce, including milk, eggs, and vegetables, is sourced from within the campus where possible.

The campus includes open spaces for walking, quiet seating areas, and simple recreational options like reading, board games, and group activities. There are also opportunities for residents to stay involved through small community initiatives and shared interests.

Daily life is supported through services such as housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and front desk assistance. Security, power backup, and basic infrastructure are in place to ensure things run smoothly.

Accommodation

Homes are available as 1 BHK, and 2 BHK units, all fully furnished with essential fittings. Each unit includes a small kitchenette, private balcony, and comfortable living spaces with good natural light. Bathrooms are fitted with anti-skid tiles, grab bars, and emergency alert systems. The overall design is wheelchair-friendly, with wide corridors, lifts, and accessible layouts to support ease of movement.
