Nyati Group, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has announced its foray into the Senior Living segment, introducing communities designed to international standards that allow seniors to age positively, independently, and with dignity. The announcement marks an important step toward meeting the evolving needs of India’s growing senior population.

To bring global expertise to its first senior living project, Nyati Group has partnered with Columbia Pacific Communities, India’s largest senior living community operator. Part of the Seattle-based Columbia Pacific Management, promoters of Columbia Asia Hospitals, the group brings over four decades of international experience in developing and operating senior living communities across the USA, China, Canada, and India.

The group is also the promoter of Columbia Asia Hospitals, further adding trusted healthcare credentials to its name. In India, this venture takes shape through a 50:50 partnership with the Nyati Group, a leading real estate developer. The project will rise within Nyati County, a 210-acre township in southern Pune that already houses more than 6,500 families. Out of this, 3.64 lakh sq. ft. has been exclusively dedicated to senior living.

The launch is expected at the beginning of the next fiscal year.

The community will offer world-class amenities, fully serviced residences, and holistic care. Around 200 units are planned across 1 and 2 BHK configurations, ranging from 736 – 1331 sq. ft., with prices between ₹50 lakh and ₹80 lakh. The project will include facilities such as round-the-clock medical support, food services, physical activities, senior-friendly design features, housekeeping, and 24-hour assistance, setting a new benchmark for senior living in Maharashtra.
