Estate 360 Senior Living Residences is a thoughtfully designed intergenerational community located in Sector 36A, along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. Developed by Max Estates Gurgaon Ltd. and managed by Antara (a Max Group company), this project offers a blend of modern lifestyle and elderly care. It spans 11.8 acres of green, landscaped terrain with over 700 trees and more than 60 amenities. The outdoor amenities include a serpentine lake with a boathouse and bridge, meadows, event lawns, golf putting greens, a pet park, an amphitheatre, children’s play zones, and party terraces. The Sports Block features a cricket pitch, rooftop padel tennis, and multiple courts for tennis, squash, and badminton, both indoor and outdoor. A juice bar adds refreshment near the sports areas.
