Covai S3 Retirement Community (Covai S3 RC), operational since 2006, is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Perur, Coimbatore. It is a world-class, active senior living community managed by CovaiCare. Spread across 16 acres, the community comprises 130 villas that are home to approximately 200 residents. The project adopts a hybrid senior-living model that combines the freedom of independent living with discreet assisted care, tailored to the residents’ evolving needs. Concierge services assist residents with utility payments, insurance, tax filings, postal and banking needs, IT support, and even moving coordination. Legal services include confidential support for documentation, will drafting, and return filings.
