The apartments are completely wheelchair-accessible, soundproof, and have senior-sensitive amenities such as emergency call bells in bedrooms and bathrooms, anti-skid flooring, temperature-controlled air conditioning and water, and elder-friendly bathrooms with grab bars.

Residents have a variety of accommodation choices. These include spacious Suites with two rooms and two balconies, and Junior Suites that are park-facing with a private balcony. For those who want compact and economical layouts, both park-facing and regular Studio Apartments are offered. Aurum has Twin-Sharing Studio Apartments also for those who like the companionship, besides Interconnected Studio Apartments that would be perfect for couples, brothers and sisters, or close friends who want independence but togetherness at the same time.

There is a personal micro kitchenette in every apartment that is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and essential crockery and cutlery. Ample storage comes in the form of wardrobes, cupboards, and shelves. Ventilation is adequate with plenty of daylight, and rooms are provided with a coffee table, study desk, and chair. There is provision for entertainment and communication in the form of an LCD television, WiFi, and intercom system with direct dial landline facility.

Accommodation at Aurum is provided on lease-rental terms only, in single or double rooms. Short-term or trial stays are also possible. Park views and interconnecting layouts are provided on request. For extra care, personal caregivers can be provided on a per-hour, 8-hour, 12-hour, or 24-hour basis. The rentals charges range from Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 1,80,000 per month, depending on the carpet area of the room.
