All care plans are supervised by experienced facility nurses and headed by a facility manager. GDA-certified caregivers are regularly trained in eldercare and dementia behaviour management. To ensure complete clinical safety, Epoch homes are equipped with ICU and oxygenation support on call and strong tie-ups with leading general and super-specialty hospitals for smooth medical coordination. Both of these houses aim to offer a peaceful and dignified atmosphere to aged people so they can get person-centered care suited to their own needs.
