All rooms are fully furnished with AC, TV, Wi-Fi, Intercom, Tea Maker and comes with attached balcony. The rooms are equipped with In-suite landline, emergency alarm system for 24/7 assistance.  Trial Stays are available for upto to 15 days. And monthly Stay for 3 years (extensions require approval). The monthly rentals start at 40,000 and security deposit of 2,00,000 respectively.
