Ananta Living

Ananta Senior Living is located in Palakkad, Kerala. It is a strictly active senior living facility and does not allow seniors over 80 years of age to join the community. At the time of joining, residents should be able to walk independently and manage their daily activities. However, for those who join earlier and later require assistance with age, Ananta makes the necessary arrangements.

The project is offered under a purchase model and is planned across four phases, with 100 units in each phase.

Phase 1:
100 units of 2 BHK apartments, completely sold out with around 80% occupancy.
Two configurations:

* Gold: 1190 sq. ft. at ₹59 lakhs
* Silver: 1140 sq. ft. at ₹55 lakhs

Phase 2: 100 units of 1 BHK apartments, expected to be delivered around July–August 2026, priced at ₹40 lakhs

Phase 3: 100 units of 2 BHK apartments; foundation work has been completed as of April 2026
