Ashiana is one of the pioneers in senior living space including assisted living. Their Bhiwadi Assisted living was established as early as 2011 with a branch in Jaipur. Chennai carehome is their third addition to the list. Biggest advantate of this facility is it is a part of larger senior living community and hence a larger infra structure support. Ulike cramped spaces inside standalone assisted livings in Chennai, this project has greenary around the project and residents can have access to large parks and gardens along with access to club house and temple. A well thought of clinical support in ground floor with physio, dental and doctor’s consulting rooms and pharmacy support, The project gives openness as a difference. Being in this space, Ashiana has ironed out SOPs and care systems. Howevver, the project is not in the heart of the city, but in the outskirts.
