Serene Young @ Heart is a senior living community located in Pukkattupady, Kerala developed on approximately 200 cents (approximately 2 acres) of land, comprising 211 fully furnished residential units. The project is structured across basement plus ground plus six floors (B+G+6). The project basement acts as a long connected club house.

The community offers a mix of 1 BHK, 1.5 BHK, and 2 BHK apartments, designed for comfortable and independent senior living.

Unit Configurations:

Type A: 625 sq. ft. (1 BHK), Service Charges: ₹10,938/month
Type B: 794 sq. ft. (1.5 BHK), Service Charges: ₹13,895/month
Type C: 997 sq. ft. (2 BHK), Service Charges: ₹17,448/month

All units are delivered fully furnished and are designed to support ease of living for seniors.

Additional details:

Six months’ advance service charges are collected at possession
One-time senior living fee: ₹20,000 (plus applicable taxes)
