Admission is granted only by prior appointment and involves submitting a formal application along with the first installment. Residents stay under a Deed of License with the Trust, and the Board of Trustees reserves the right to approve or deny admission.

Accommodation

There are two payment options: a one-time fee of ₹5.00 lakhs, which is partially refundable on a reducing scale for the first five years, or an installment plan involving an initial payment of ₹1.10 lakhs followed by four annual installments of ₹1.10 lakhs each, totaling ₹5.50 lakhs (non-refundable). Monthly charges covering food, electricity, establishment costs, and basic medical care must be paid through a bank account or guarantors.

For seniors needing temporary care, the short-term stay option allows residence for up to six months. This option does not require a joining fee but involves monthly payments and a caution deposit.
