The facility has 96 units established in April 2021 it offers assisted living facilities with care depending on the requirements of the residents. Started by a group of people, Utsav Life also known as Utsav Care Homes works to provide holistic solutions that cater to the specific needs of every resident to ensure their comfort and well-being. The center provides assisted living/care homes and specialized nursing care for elderly people with functional and cognitive disabilities.

Utsav Life Care Homes provides facilities like Comprehensive Medical Care which includes 24/7 support from support from doctors in various specialties, nurses, and care givers. In-house Medical Support and Routine Checkup, health records system and routine medical support. The in-house medical team conducts Vitals Checkups to monitor key health parameters and preserve these observations along with essential medical history and Specialized Medical Needs Handling. The facilities include a reading library, clubhouse, Ganesha temple, lounge area, and outdoor walking trail. additionally provides daily housekeeping, laundry services, maintenance, and a spa and massage room, Utsav Care home is furnished with indoor games like table tennis, chess, carrom, and card games. Designed with elegance and keen eye on details the apartments are senior-friendly with wheelchair accessibility, anti-slip mats, and measures to prevent falls, such as smooth ramps and grab bars, Well-furnished with smart LED TVs, intercoms, and private balconies.  They provide three rental packages, according to varied needs and lengths of stay: Guest Room, Master Bedroom, and Private Apartment (2BHK for couple or single). The tariff depends on whether the stay has been classified as long-term, medium-term, or short-term. For the long-term staying individuals, the rate begins at ₹55,000 for a guest room and goes up to ₹1,15,000 for a private apartment, and the refundable security deposits begin at ₹3,50,000 and extend to ₹7,00,000. Medium-term stay is between ₹75,000 and ₹1,55,000, and short-term stay begins at ₹4,500 for guest rooms. Independent living is the default; however, shared or dedicated caregivers may also be opted for by residents, with caregiver fees depending upon the extent of attention (12×7 or 24×7). All the accommodations include essential facilities such as refrigerators and microwaves for private apartments. Residents are required to give notice of early termination of contracts in advance and follow refund policies depending on their term category.
