Paripoorna Aishwaryam Seniors Living Paradise is a premier senior living community developed by Paripoorna Shelters. It is located in Madampatty on Siruvani Road, Coimbatore, nestled at the foothills of the Western Ghats. The environment is clean, green, and blessed with a perennial water source, offering an ideal setting for senior living. The project is spread across approximately 2.94 acres and includes 200 apartment units. The units feature open layouts, balconies with panoramic views of the Western Ghats, and interiors filled with natural light. Each unit includes vitrified-ceramic flooring, anti-skid tiles in the bathrooms, granite kitchen counters, and UPVC sliding windows. The main doors are made of teak wood, with country wood used for interiors.  Additionally, the units come with concealed copper wiring, modular switches, AC provisions, electricity points, softened water supply, solar lines, and DG power backup. The pricing starts from 48 Lakhs and can vary depending on the apartments.
