It specializes in providing care to seniors with different levels of dementia. Picasso House is Located on the top of Undri hill, this house is a peaceful ambiance away from city chaos. This house has 30 rooms that are available both for single occupancy and double occupancy, with serene greenery and an open deck dining area.

Amenities

Epoch Elder Care prioritizes overall well-being with an array of amenities such as 24/7 Personalized Care, Every home is staffed with a live-in facility manager, and there are staff members on duty day and night to oversee care and respond to emergencies. Daily Assistance Professional caregivers provide residents with assistance with activities of daily living, such as walking, grooming, bathing, toileting, and meals. Nurses in the facility offer treatments like Ryle’s tube, bed sore dressing, catheterization, cannulization, and wound dressing.  Facility nurses and managers can manage emergencies and administer first-line treatment and also arrange for hospital transfer if need be. Nurses deliver medications according to prescriptions, taking care to have usage as little as possible while being appropriate. Residents have a warm environment with regular one-to-one interaction, supported excursions, and a calendar that is bursting with activities based on individual interests and backgrounds.

The luxury apartments have big balconies and windows and offer beautiful views of the Mula Mutha River, making it a warm place to live, Picaso house  Provides 30 rooms with single and double accommodation. The Centre has an engagement space for multi-purpose activities, a sensory wall, play and reminiscence spaces, and an open roof dining area, all surrounded by greenery. Their pricing starts from ₹65,000 per month onwards plus a security deposit of around 3 lakh rupees.

Both facilities are well-positioned, with Monet House about 9 km from Pune airport and Picasso House about 45 minutes from the airport.
