For intensive care, the centre has ICU-level facilities in the form of suction and BiPAP equipment, oxygen tanks, and an ambulance within the premise for immediate need. Deluxe rooms also have TVs, remotes, and private balconies, providing greater comfort. Price begins at ₹22,000 and ranges up to ₹45,000 per month based on the room type and amenities. Those residents who just want limited menu choices and essential accessories are suitable with basic room plans, and residents who opt for extra comfort may choose regular menu packages along with weekly laundry, three hours of air-conditioning daily, etc. There is a refundable caution deposit from ₹35,000, accompanied by a non-refundable administration charge of ₹10,000 (₹20,000 for couples). Long stayers have a choice of single, double, or triple sharing, with corresponding security deposit charges. Couples are also accepted with an extra ₹20,000 for the second person. Rents are allowed a modest hike of 5% every 11 months for transparency and long-term affordability.
